Sabeto man taken into custody after Police raid

FIJIAN Police have taken a Sabeto, Nadi, man in his late 30s into custody following a raid that resulted in the seizure of clear plastics containing white crystals believed to be methamphetamine and dried leaves believed to be marijuana and smoking apparatus.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the raid was conducted at the suspect’s home by the Western Division Taskforce team last night.

“All the seized substances have been sent for analysis and the suspect remains in custody,” Ms Naisoro said.
