VARANI House is the new champion of the Lelean Memorial School Inter-house which was held today at the ANZ stadium in Laucala Bay, Suva.
House teacher Kalusiani Tuivuya said the house had been preparing well for the inter-house and were overjoyed with the win.
“We had been preparing since day one of training and it is our hard work and dedication to our individual training that has brought us victory today.
“This win would not have been possible without the students of course and we thank each and every student of the house for their participation which has been paid off,” said Uluivuya.
Varani House also scooped the overall title for the girls and boys division.
In the Girls division Varani attained 237 points and 312 points in the boys division.
Naucukidi House settled for second place with 487 points, Mateinaniu House in third place with 472 points and in fourth place was Bulu House with 255 points.
