WE only watch him on TV, hear his name on the radio, read about him in the newspapers and on social media, but next year South African rugby
legend Bryan Habana will visit the country where fans will see him face to face.
McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s tournament founding chairman Jay Whyte said apart from Habana, HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series commentator
Sean Maloney and Lote Tuqiri are also expected at next year’s tournament.
Habana is a former Springboks representative and was part of the South Africa team that won the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
In April this year, Habana announced he will retire from all rugby at the end of his French Top 14 club Toulon’s season.
The Coral Coast Fiji 7s will be held at Lawaqa Park from January 16-19.
