FORTY families will be given keys to their new flats under the Lagilagi Housing Project this Saturday.

This was confirmed by the Peoples Community Network director Semiti Qalowasa during an interview at his office in Samabula, Suva this morning.

“Phase two of the project has been completed and the keys to these new flats will be given to its owners this Saturday. They have been waiting for so long for their flats because has been delayed and we will begin with phase three next year,” he said.

So far, Mr Qalowasa said a total of 76 families were accommodated in the phase one of the project when it was completed in 2013.

The million dollar project was officiated by Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama in 2013.
