Yasawa Hurricane tipped to take top prize at Nacula 7s

YASAWA Hurricane is highly tipped to take out the $6000 top prizemoney on offer at this weekend’s NIR/Blue Lagoon Resort Nacula 7s.

The side stamped its mark in the islands few years back featuring Kalione Nasoko winning on many ocassions.

Other teams vying for the top award include Nakete Babas, Naisisili, Setareki Tamanivalu’s-sponosored Yasawa-i-rara team and Wadigi.

Meanwhile, the two-day competition received a major boost with the donation of $6000 from Fiji Women Crisis Centre.

The tournament will be held at Ratu Meli Memorial School ground in Nacula today.
