NAVUA’S chilly and drizzly weather did not dampen the publics spirit from casting their vote this morning.

Lautami Matadradra,40, of Vakabalea said she left her home at 9am this morning to cast her vote.

“I had to stand in line and wait for 10 to 20 minutes but the wait was worth it after I’ve cast my vote,” she said.

Ms Matadradra said she had been looking forward to this day.
