Situation: A weak trough of low pressure remains slow moving over
Fiji. Associated cloud and showers affects the group.
Forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group:
Occasional showers and few thunderstorms over Kadavu, Lomaiviti,
Southern Lau group, eastern parts and interior of the other larger
islands.
Elsewhere, afternoon or evening showers with possible
isolated thunderstorms.
Isolated heavy falls expected.
Moderate east to southeast winds, fresh at times.
Moderate seas.
Outlook for Tuesday : Cloudy periods with some showers over the
eastern parts and the interior of the larger islands. Afternoon or
evening showers and thunderstorms elsewhere.
For Navua / Suva / Nausori :
Occasional showers and few thunderstorms. Isolated heavy falls
expected.
Outlook for Tuesday : Cloudy periods with some showers.
For Nadi / Lautoka / Ba :
Afternoon or evening showers with possible isolated thunderstorms.
