THE Vodafone Lautoka Blues need to give all they have in their last game of the OFC Champions League final against Wellington FC at Churchill Park on Sunday. The side has a slim chance of winning the final after its 6-0 loss in Wellington last weekend. Lautoka needs seven clear goals to win against the Kiwis and it would be a tough ask for the Sugar City boys.

Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf says the Blues need to play for pride and give their best. He said it would be a tough challenge for Lautoka to win.

“It will be tough to win the title, but the boys need to play to their best to win,” said Yusuf.

“A win will be a consolation for the team and the boys should play for pride.”

Yusuf said Lautoka created history this year for reaching its first OFC Champions League final and the boys should hold their heads up.

Utility Zibraz Sahib will force his way back in the side after missing out on last week’s game.

He will replace Praneel Naidu who was red-carded last week while Peni Finau to replace the suspended Samuela Drudru.

The game kicks off at 2pm.

Meanwhile, the OFC trophy will be displayed at the Vodafone shop at Tappoo City on Lautoka.

Soccer fans wanting to take photos of the trophy need to be at the shop from 4-6pm this afternoon and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

Tickets will be on sale and first 200 people buying tickets will get free sports giveaways.
