FANS who cannot make it to the June 30 Super 14 match to take place at the ANZ National Stadium will still have the opportunity to meet their favourite rugby stars.

The Gallagher Chiefs meet Pulse Energy Highlanders which has in its lineup two popular Fijians Waisake Naholo and Tevita Nabura.

Highlanders marketing manager Amanda Gould said the team wanted community involvement.

“We are very exited and we are looking forward to having a great chance to get into the community while we are here,” Ms Gould said.

“We are looking at an opening training session so if you cant make it to the game, you can still come down to meet some of your heroes.”

Ms Gould said the two Fijians in the highlanders team were excited to play in front of Fijian fans whom she said brought ‘so much energy’ to rugby.
