Province honours Komai Nacoborete

THE Tailevu Provincial Council meeting proper began this morning with a one minute silence in remembrance of a district (tikina) rep who passed away recently.
Before addressing the members of the provincial council, chairman Assistant Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu requested for a moment of silence for the late Ratu Epineri Sake Mateilevuka.

Ratu Sake was the district representative of Bau before his demise.

The late Komai Nacoborete as he is commonly known by hails from Lomanikoro on the chiefly island of Bau.

He is survived by his wife, eight children and three grandchildren.
