FORMER Nadi Open Golf champion Bobby Reddy returned to winning form on Saturday afer wining the Paramount Builders of Auckland, New Zealand-sponsored 18 holes individual stroke event at the Lautoka Golf Club course.
Reddy won his first title of the year on a fine nett off 66.
Club vice-captain Suren Pillay finished second after carding 68 while Lautoka businessman Raymond Singh completed the top three with 69 points.
The B- grade title saw Sanjay Gopal with his first win of the year on 67 after a countback from former Fiji Football Association referee, Davendra Mudaliar.
Abdul Jalal managed 70 points to claim the third spot. Air Terminal Services employee Asish Kumar was the runaway winner in the C-grade division on 69 points.
Alex Qiokata finished second on 73 with Navi Vakasuiu on 74.
Roneel Prakash landed an eagle and five birdies to account for the professional category on 67 gross. The nearest to pin (NTP) award on the second hole went to Daven Mudaliar and Gaffar Ali on the ninth hole.
Reddy hit the longest drive on the third hole.
Meanwhile, Singh led his four-member 7 Wood team to win the match play championship, staged alongside the main event. Singh thanked generous sponsor Paramount Builders for the lucrative prizes provided in each category.
