THE sedition trial against three senior officials of The Fiji Times is expected to commence at the High Court in Suva next week Monday.
A Pre Trial conference was held yesterday before High Court judge Justice Rajasinghe who confirmed the trial will commence on Monday.
The judge will also be delivering his ruling on the State’s notice of motion before the proper trial hearing begins.
The Fiji Times Ltd general manager and publisher Hank Arts, Fiji Times Ltd and contributor are charged with sedition while Editor Fred Wesley and Nai Lalakai Editor Anare Ravula are charged with aiding and abetting sedition.
