A COMBINATION of the former Flying Fijians and former Fiji 7s rugby players will reunite to form the Fiji Legends to take on the Classic Wallabies in the curtain-raiser to the Fiji Airways Drua and the Melbourne Rising match in the National Rugby Championship at the Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori tomorrow.

The match will give an opportunity for fans to witness two-time France Top 14 winner Seremaia Bai, Super Rugby’s hard-hitting Sireli Naqelevuki, who featured for the South African Stormers side before finishing his rugby career with Exeter Chiefs in the Premiership Championship in England.

Former Fiji rugby team flanker Samuela Saumaisue last donned the national jumper in July 25, 1998 and 20 years later, the former Suva forward will once again step into the rugby field to face the Classic Wallabies.

Dubbed as the ‘stretcher’ Viliame Satala will be a player to watch after a historical rugby career that made him a fierce inside centre of his time and known among former Wallabies and All Blacks reps.

He will be teaming up with Jonetani Vula and also former Suva winger and full back Jone Kuruduadua.

Rugby 7s legends that made a name for themselves in the IRB circuit such as Sailosi Naiteqe, Neumi Nanuku, Lemeki Duidomo and nippy half back Emosi Vucago will once again showcase their unique individual skills that created a name for them in the world sevens series.

Two-time Rugby World Cup hooker Viliame Gadolo will be a key figure in the forward pack especially going head to head once more with former Wallabies hooker Stephen Moore on Saturday.

The Fiji Legends will play the Classic Wallabies tomorrow at 1pm at Ratu Cakobau Park before the Fiji Drua plays against the Melbourne Rising.

Fiji Legends: Viliame Satala, Jonetani Vula, Samu Saumaisue, Viliame Gadolo, Nasoni Roko, Emosi Vucago, Lemeki Duidomo, William Ryder, Seremaia Bai, Osea Kolinisau, Sireli Naqelevuki, Jone Kuruduadua, Sailosi Naiteqe and Neumi Nanuku.
