BA defeated Dreketi 2-0 in the Vodafone Premier League encounter at Govind Park this afternoon.

Striker Abbu Zahid and Shivan Sami scored a goal each for the men-in-black to secure a crucial win.

The victory has also enabled the side to maintain its second spot in the overall points table behind leaders and defending League champion Lautoka Blues.

Ba is also one of the teams alongside Nadi, Suva and Lautoka in the running to secure a spot in the Oceania Football Championship.
