Suva lawyer charged with unlawful possession

THE Suva lawyer who was taken into Police custody for allegedly being in possession of illicit drugs has been charged.

Fiji Police spokesperson Jokatama Qio confirmed today that lawyer Caesar Lateef has been charged with unlawful possession of illicit drugs.

Mr Lateef will be produced in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
