VODAFONE Fiji Bati reps Akuila Uate and Apisai Koroisau helped the Manly Sea Eagles down Suliasi Vunivalu’s Melbourne Storms 24-4 in the round 11 of the NRL matches last night.

Uate beat Vunivalu on the corner to score a crucial try for the Sea Eagles in a heated match while Koroisau was on the referee’s bad book after being involved in a brawl.

Koroisau was sinbinned for punching Storms’ Curtis  Scott. This, after Scott landed a powerful right on Koroisau’s team mate Dylan Walker.

Scott was red-carded while Koroisau and Walker were sent to the sinbin.

Vunivalu, Uate and Koroisau were members of the Fiji Bati team that lost to Australia in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup semi-final.

The trio are expected to team-up again against PNG later this month.
