THE Fiji Police Force received a cheque worth $16,332 from Kontiki Finance to boost their preparations for the Fiji Police Force Inter District tournament.

A cheque worth $16,332 was presented by sponsors Kontiki Finance for the tournament which will be played next week.

Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu thanked Kontiki Finance for coming aboard saying in doing so, they had contributed in providing a platform in identifying star players.

Kontiki finance head of productions and distribution Phillip Lacey presented the cheque to the Fiji Police Force.

The Fiji Police Force Inter District tournament will be played from October 22 to October 24 at Nasova grounds in Laucala Bay.
