THE Centre for Appropriate Technology and Development (CATD) Nadave celebrated its largest graduation ceremony last Friday with 140 students graduating at Cakau Hall in Kinoya.
Chief guest Hideharu Miyamoto, the president of Narita Airport Business Co Ltd, travelled from Japan for the ceremony and will recruit three automotive engineering graduates for further study and training in Japan.
Mr Miyamoto is also exploring opportunities to expand employment and training pathways for other CATD graduates locally.
