Maria Vunitiko of Vatuwaqa and Iliesa Ratusaki of Vaturova in Cakaudrove are the two lucky winners of the OMO promotion, earning a once in a lifetime opportunity to watch an Arsenal match live in the United Kingdom.

The draw was held at the Motibhai Group head office in Nadi. Motibhai Group is the distributor of OMO detergent powder in Fiji.

Vunitiko couldn’t believe the news when contacted and was lost for words.

“I didn’t really know that I will be picked as a winner I just saw the promotion and filled in my receipt,” she said.

Iliesa Ratusaki shared similar sentiments, expressing gratitude to Motibhai Group and OMO for making such an incredible opportunity possible.

Motibhai Group CEO Kirit Patel highlighted the promotion’s success and the company’s dedication to rewarding its customers.

“This promotion first came to my sight courtesy of FMCG Division of Motibhai Group manager marketing and business development Abraham Gomes.

“This promotion with the team such as Arsenal as many may know is the leading club in England and Premier League in England is one of the toughest.

“These lucky winners will have the opportunity and I’m sure they will enjoy their trip to London and watching Arsenal live because watching any games live is an experience of itself it will be a delight to these two lucky winners,” Patel said.

The promotion, which ran from November 22 to December 31, 2024, invited customers to purchase $10 worth of OMO products, submit their receipts with contact details, and enter a draw.

Maria and Iliesa were chosen from thousands of entries, securing an all-expenses-paid trip to the UK.

Their prize includes return airfare, five days and four nights’ accommodation, tickets to an Arsenal match, and $1000 spending money.

Motibhai Group’s OMO promotion has once again demonstrated its commitment to rewarding loyal customers and delivering exceptional opportunities, leaving Arsenal fans across Fiji inspired by the winners’ stories.

Additionally, three other names were drawn as reserves. In the event that the two winners are unable to travel, the organisers confirmed that the replacements will be chosen from these three reserves.”
