THE Suva Primary Schools Netball Association has selected their teams to represent Suva at the upcoming Fiji Schools Finals in Nadi at the end of the month.
Association president Elenoa Vadei said players were selected from games held at the National Netball Centre in Suva.
“We have three teams for each grade, and we are happy that we have finally selected teams because we can start with our preparations,” Vadei said
The competition last Saturday also saw the round off of all pool games, with the quarter-finals for all grades set to be held this week.
She said they were happy with the turnout of parents and supporters.
“The turnout was very encouraging, especially for the girls seeing their families and loved ones come out to support them on the court.”
She confirmed that training for their Suva teams in the different grades starts today at the National Netball Centre.
“The finals start at the end of the month, so we still have time on our hands to train and prepare for it.”
