MINISTER for Forests Osea Naiqamu will begin his tour of the North this week beginning tomorrow.
A ministerial statement revealed that Mr Naiqamu will begin his tour in the Kubulau district in Bua.
Mr Naiqamu will also visit Muana village in Natewa, Cakaudrove where he would be launching the ‘Ridge to Reef” (R2R) program.
The Fiji R2R project is part of the Program on “Pacific Islands Ridge-to-Reef National Priorities – Integrated Water, Land, Forest and Coastal Management to Preserve Biodiversity, Ecosystem Services, Store carbon, Improve Climate Resilience and Sustain Livelihoods.”
