Bench warrant issued for accused in barracks break-in case
A bench warrant has been issued for Isaia Ledua after he failed to appear in the High Court in Suva in a case involving an alleged break-in at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks armoury.
State lawyer Simone Seruvatu also applied for notices to be issued to his two sureties, who have been summoned to appear on September 15 to explain his non-attendance.
