Wailoaloa Beach has become one of Nadi’s most talked-about addresses. Cafés, restaurants and new homes have followed the sea breeze, and the area is on the verge of its biggest change yet. Palm Beach Estate puts you right in the middle of it.

Location that works

Behind its landmark stone entrance, the estate sits a short walk from Wailoaloa Beach and only minutes from Nadi International Airport, Nadi Town and Denarau. You can be at the airport for an early flight, in town for business or on the water for the weekend without a long drive. For families, holiday-home owners and investors alike, it is one of the most convenient addresses on the western side.

A five-star neighbour

Between the estate and the beach, the Hari Punja Group is developing a 258-room, five-star resort, to be managed by Rydges. The masterplan features lagoon-style pools, landscaped gardens and a palm-lined beachfront. A resort of this scale brings restaurants, leisure, visitors and jobs to the neighbourhood, and with them steady demand for homes, rentals and local services.

Three stages and a commercial zone

Palm Beach Estate is planned across three residential stages, with most lots around 700m2 to 950m2. That is enough room for a family home with a garden and pool, or a pair of holiday villas.

Fronting the main road is a dedicated Commercial Zone, with lots from about 750m2 to over 3000m2, ideal for retail, hospitality and services that will serve both residents and resort guests.

Freehold title

Every lot at Palm Beach Estate is freehold. Freehold land is rare in Fiji and keenly sought after. You own it outright, with no lease to renew, and it can be passed on to the next generation or sold whenever you choose.

Build it your way

Whether you are planning a permanent home, a holiday base to share with family, or a rental investment close to the airport and the beach, each lot is a blank canvas. Roads and the main estate entrance are already in place, and several homes are built or under way. Estate guidelines keep the standard high, so the quality of the neighbourhood supports the value of every property in it.

Why now?

Land close to major resort developments has always been keenly sought after, and Wailoaloa is no exception. As the resort takes shape, the area’s profile will only grow. Buying before construction is complete gives owners the chance to secure their position early, at today’s prices.

Selling fast

More than half the lots are already sold, including most of the Commercial Zone and much of Stage 1. Remaining lots are available across all three residential stages, but choice is narrowing quickly.
