THE National Federation Party (NFP) recorded total assets of more than $802,000 at the end of 2025, according to its latest Statement of Financial Position, positing itself as the lone party to have assets and properties of this value in Fiji.
The party’s financial records show total assets stood at $802,859 as at December 31, 2025, compared with $840,545 in 2024.
A significant portion of the assets came from property, plant and equipment valued at $707,619, while cash and cash equivalents were recorded at $95,240.
The financial statement showed the party’s liabilities remained relatively low at $35,319. This included $8236 in creditors and accruals, and $27,083 listed as prepaid party grant.
After liabilities were accounted for, the party’s net assets were recorded at $767,541.
The statement also detailed the composition of the party’s accumulated funds, which included $300,000 in party funds, $414,690 in revaluation reserves, and $52,851 in accumulated surplus.
The party’s property, plant and equipment holdings remained its largest asset category.
Financial notes attached to the report showed furniture and fittings increased during the year, while total fixed assets at fair value were listed at more than $801,000 before depreciation adjustments.
The written down value of fixed assets was recorded at $707,619 after accumulated depreciation of $94,040 was deducted.
