THERE will come a time in life when you realise you have found the person you can no longer live without.
This is after years of courting and of getting to know each other better through the bonds, the bad and the good times you have spent together and even the ups and downs you may have both encountered in life.
Mili Naisarani and Jiacoro Narova’s relationship is one that is a testimony of true love and affection because after getting to know each other better, they realised it was time to start their new life together.
So they both decided to have their special day perfected and sealed in Fiji because it is their home country.
Mili, 27, is a flight attendant with Virgin Australia and Jiacoro, 33, is an aircraft refueller and they both live in Australia.
Last month, the couple tied the knot at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, a wedding that was attended by close friends and family members.
On this special day, Mili wore her hand-made dream dress, which was from Pronovias, Barcelona and her hair and make-up was done by Totoka Hair and
Make-up.
Her maid of honour was Sophie Khan, her childhood friend, and her bridesmaids were Lusiana Daunabuna, Rebecca Richardson and Tiffany Wong who all wore Teal Empire waist — an understated glamour to complement the bride’s wedding dress.
Jiacoro’s wedding outfit was from Connor Suit and his best man was Sikeli Vonotabei while the groom’s men were Saula Naivakadranu, Ratu Kini Bolatiki and Kolinio Bokini.
This special day was not just about putting their wedding bands on each other’s fingers; it held special meaning to both of them.
To the bride marriage means she got to go through life trials and triumphs with her best friend after they were courting and after a year, they knew they didn’t have to wait any longer.
The couple first met in 1997 when Mili’s parents were Jiacoro’s youth group leader but after many years apart, they reunited again in early 2015 at Jiacoro’s cousin’s funeral.
When they first met, Mili said she felt like she had found the one and the groom said this could be it.
According to the bride, the groom loved the kids and always put them as a priority, she always knew she was going to marry him.
Jiacoro said she was the one he was waiting for and he had finally found her so there were no regrets at all about marrying the woman of his dreams.
He proposed at the airport carpark after numerous attempts to get Mili to his proposal site on the beach.
It maybe a long way to go for the new couple but after their special day, she declared her newly-wedded husband as her rock and she loved the fact that he loves her while the groom said she makes him so happy to be able to wake up next to her every day.
