MIGRATING students who were under the Tertiary Education Loans Scheme (TELS) need to clear their debt with Government to allow other students to benefit from the scheme, says Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) chief executive officer Visvanath Das.

A total of $302 million in loans were disbursed to 54,805 students by Government under the scheme as of last year.

Mr Das said students needed to clear all their dues if they wanted to migrate.
