Tanoa Hotel Group has become the official home for the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s team.
As part of the new partnership for the next two years which was signed yesterday at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi, the Tanoa Hotels brand would be represented on the playing jersey of the side.
Tanoa Group director Rohit Reddy said they were delighted to join the Fijian Drua Vuvale and showcase their support for rugby in Fiji.
“We have been the accommodation partner of choice for the Fijian Drua since their first Super Rugby Pacific campaign and we are now delighted to now become the club’s official hotel and official home,” he said.
Reddy applauded what the Fijian Drua has done to the local sports tourism landscape.
Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans said the women’s team got into their Tanoa home this week for the 2024 Super Rugby W season.
“We look forward to working with Tanoa Hotels to add value to this wonderful partnership.
“We ask our fans, friends and well wishers to make Tanoa their first choice when it comes to choosing their accomodation,” added Evans.
Evans added the proximity to the Drua High Performance gym and the Fiji Airways field makes it a perfect fit for the women’s team as they aim for a historic three-peat win.
