BEFORE the start of the third term of school, the Ministry of Education says it has successfully topped up Government-subsidised eTransport cards for students (blue cards).
Assistant Minister for Education Ashneel Sudhakar said students carrying the blue eTransport cards needed to get the balance loaded onto their cards using the “redeem function” on any eTicekting machines installed on buses.
They could also visit any Vodafone, Valuefone and ir Mr Mobile outlets, or their district educations offices or headquarters.
All cards will be open for redemption from Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
Parents and students are urged to redeem these funds before the start of Term 3 on Monday, August 26, 2019.
