THE Fiji Golf Classic 2026 will tee off this Friday at the Denarau Golf & Racquet Club, following tonight’s opening cocktail and tournament briefing.

The three-day tournament runs from July 30 to August 1, bringing together golfers for a competitive battle on the Denarau course.

Tonight’s opening cocktail party will give players and organisers an opportunity to come together ahead of the tournament, with the program including a tournament briefing, drinks and canapés.

The tournament will be played over three rounds, with the winner decided on the lowest aggregate score after the three rounds.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided through a three-hole playoff over the 18th, 10th and 18th holes.

The Fiji Golf Classic is expected to provide an exciting weekend of competition as golfers battle for top honours at Denarau.

The tournament will also be played under the Rules of Golf, together with the Fiji Golf Classic’s local rules and conditions, covering areas such as out of bounds, penalty areas and abnormal course conditions.

Tonight’s cocktail launch will include the tournament briefing, drinks and canapés as players prepare for what promises to be an exciting weekend of golf at Denarau.
