Four knighted

PORT MORESBY – Papua New Guinea has four more knights, awarded by the Queen to mark her birthday.

The new knights are Enga Governor Peter Ipatas, National Court judge Warwick Andrew, businessman Kostas George Constatinou and the long-serving Electoral Commissioner Andrew Trawen.

Mr Ipatas, who recently earned a Grand Chief title at the PNG Logohu awards, was made a knight for distinguished service to the community through his significant contribution to the economic and social development, particularly in health, education and vocational training, of Enga Province as its Governor and member of parliament.
