The Fijian Drua and leading retailer Jack’s of Fiji have launched the highly anticipated 2025 merchandise range just in time for the festive season.

Drua merchandise is among the most popular sports apparel in the country, with tens of thousands of units sold annually.

The designs feature an abstract take on the classic woven mats which are a feature in most Fijian homes. The jersey also subtly blends in recognisable motifs especially created for the Fijian Drua, including the Drua’s own masi designs. The key feature of the masi designs — the bai (fence represented by shark teeth) — is a highly visible new addition to the new jersey design on the collar and sleeve ends.

Jerseys will be available for sale at Jacks of Fiji outlets from yesterday well in time for Christmas and holiday shopping, with other retailers also expected to start sale of jerseys and other merchandise in the coming weeks.

The Club has also retained the white colours of its alternate “clash” jersey but with a splash of green on the shoulders for a vibrant new look. In addition to the new jerseys, Jack’s of Fiji has rolled out entire new lines of Fijian Drua polos, training tees, training jerseys, shorts, jackets, hats and other items.

Jacks of Fiji director Nikul Khatri explained about the partnership.

“This marks the fourth year of our partnership, and what a remarkable journey it has been! Over the past three years, we have had the privilege of supporting Drua by bringing their merchandise to fans all over Fiji and the World. Drua’s presence in the Super Rugby arena has not only inspired us but has also united fans with a shared love for the sport.

“We are thrilled to unveil the official Drua jersey and merchandise for the 2025 season. This year’s collection, in collaboration with New Balance, includes an exciting range of jerseys, polos, shorts, and much more,” Khatri said.

Khatri emphasised inclusivity in the merchandise lineup.

“For the dedicated Drua fanbase, we also have fan merchandise at value price points. Our goal is simple: to ensure that every fan, regardless of their budget, can own a piece of Drua pride and represent our team with style and confidence.

“We understand our market and the importance of inclusivity. That’s why we’ve made sure our range reflects the diverse needs of our community, so every supporter can wear their love for Drua with pride,” Khatri explained.

Fijian Drua general manager commercial Shane Hussein said acknowledges Jack’s for the early sale.

“The new merchandise really signals the start of the new season. We’re proud to present this expanded new range. Fijian Drua fans are the world’s best fans and there is no better sight in the competition than tens of thousands of them cheering on their Drua in Suva and Lautoka. It’s wonderful that Jack’s of Fiji is able to roll out the sale early in the festive season, giving our supporters and the public great gifting options,” Hussein said.
