VAGADACI villagers on Ovalau came together at John Wesley Primary School yesterday to raise money for development projects in their home village.
Village head Deve Saqacala said funds raised through the soli would support key projects, including the construction of a footpath, upgrading the village hall and improving the village church.
He said other development needs identified by the community would also be considered.
Mr Saqacala thanked villagers, including those living overseas, for their generous contributions and continued support.
He said the Fiji Day gathering provided an opportunity for the community to unite and invest in projects that would improve village facilities and benefit future generations.
