A total of nine amendment Bills have been put forward by Minister for Economy and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

During the Supplementary Appropriation Bill 2020 in response to COVID-19 announcement in Parliament this evening, he said the amendment Bills would be the Appropriation Bill, the Tax Amendment Bill, the Income Tax Amendment Bill, Value Added Tax Amendment Bill, Stamp Duty Amendment Bill, Custom Amendment Bill, Customs Tariff Amendment Bill, Fiji National Provident Fund Amendment Bill and the Public Health Amendment Bill.

The debate on the motions continues because the Opposition has an issue with the way the standing orders were suspended.
