Former Post Fiji chief executive officer Dr Anirudha Bansod’s appeal against conviction will be recalled on September 22 to reconfirm his position on appeal.
In 2024, Dr Bansod was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment after he was convicted of providing false confidentiality and conflict of interest declarations regarding the tender for the design, development, and implementation of the Post Fiji mobile application in 2022.
Dr Bansod has since served his sentence and returned to India.
