A MAN charged with three counts of rape and a count each of assault causing actual bodily harm and sexual assault had his bail extended by the High Court in Suva today.
Shiu Chand appeared before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe today.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
It is alleged that Mr Chand raped a 25-year-old woman on January 18, 2019 in Nasinu.
The case has been adjourned to April 16.
