All accident casualties lacked wills: ACCF

ALL accident casualties in the country that received compensation from the Accident Compensation Commission of Fiji lacked wills.

Speaking during the commission’s awareness program in Labasa yesterday, ACCF chief executive officer Parvez Akbar said relatives of the dead have had to run around trying to claim what was theirs.

Mr Akbar reminded members of the public that without a legal will, the properties of the deceased was distributed as the law saw fit.
