Uni students stage one-hour strike at Saweni campus

UNIVERSITY of Fiji students have rallied behind a call for better school facilities by organising a one-hour strike at the Saweni Campus this afternoon.

Students have been frustrated with the lacklustre facilities they say are in need of an upgrade.

The Black Ribbon Movement has garnered strong support from the student body.

They are calling for their voices to be heard and for the university council to heed the concerns of students.
