ATS Impasse: Tribunal orders return of all workers in 48 hours

Update: 1:43PM THE Employment Relations Tribunal has ordered the return of all Air Terminal Services employees who were stood down from December 16, 2017.

Resident Magistrate Andrew See also ordered that all pay and entitlements from December 16, 2017 be restored.

He has given ATS management 48 hours to comply with the Tribunal’s decision.
