TWENTY-TWO staff members from voter services centres around the country had their first training program in Suva on Thursday for the coming election.

While opening the training program, Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem reminded the trainees of their roles in the events leading up to the general election.

“Our most important stakeholders are our voters and I would like to impart to you my thoughts and expectations of your extremely critical roles,” he said.

Mr Saneem said the Fijian Elections Office had always aspired to deliver services of the highest quality, while at the same time upholding integrity and without compromising on the efficiency.
