RUPENI Savu of Kadavu Provincial Secondary School secured their first gold medal today in the junior boys’ javelin throw.

Savu threw a distance of 45.60m.

Sulio Naibe of Napuka Secondary School settled for silver with a throw of 45.56m.

Eremodo Liganivai of Ratu Kadavulevu School won the bronze medal with a throw 45.37m.
