Update: 2:56PM A WOMAN appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court today charged with the murder of a 14-year-old student at Kulukulu in Sigatoka earlier this month.
Geeta Devi, 28, appeared before Magistrate Siromi Turaga charged with one count of murder and one count of giving false information to police.
Sanjani Lata’s body was found in a septic tank at the back of her home on November 6 following a police search.
Ms Devi has been further remanded in custody and will reappear in court with the principle accused on Thursday.
