A team from the Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) is attending to a burst main along Foster Road at Walu Bay, Suva.
WAF says those living in nearby areas will experience a disruption to their water supply from 5pm today until further notice, attributed to repair works being conducted on the burst main.
Affected areas include all streets and services between the Walu Bay bridge to the Delainavesi bridge.
“Water carting trucks are on standby and can be requested in case of an emergency by calling 5777 (all mobile networks).
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we seek your patience and understanding until such time supplies normalise.”
