LIFE and health insurance provider BSP Life is expected to market their new residential units in Suva soon.
Managing director Malakai Naiyaga made the comment following an announcement this week of an $11.5million investment in a mixed residential development project at the corner of Denison and Duncan roads.
The gated development would be situated on a two-acre block of land in a prime location and provide five high-end executive residences with individual swimming pools, six two-bedroom town houses and four three-bedroom town houses.
“Those interested will be required to register their interests with our team.
“The next 12 months will be an exciting time for BSP Life as it will witness the shaping up and completion of its flagship residential development.
“We look forward to the main contractor, Kartika Construction and Plumbing Ltd and the associated sub-contractors, to deliver the final product on time, within budget and to the high standard that we expect.”
He said BSP Life had used local contractors for the development project as their part of helping Fiji grow.
The residential development will feature full back-up power, water storage facilities, CCTV and other services that were normally part of high-end residences.
