TELECOM Fiji Limited (TFL) returns this year as a top-tier supporter of the upcoming 2026 Top Executive Conference (TOPEX), organised annually by the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF).
During the announcement of the sponsorship at the FCEF Hub in Suva yesterday, TOPEX 2026 organising committee chairperson Rowena Taito said Telecom Fiji had been a sponsor for over 10 years.
She said last year Telecom Fiji became the platinum sponsor for TOPEX 2025 and 2026 as well.
“What we have with Telecom goes beyond just a sponsorship. They’re a true partner, so they help us shape the event,” Ms Taito said.
“So, you know, it’s a real great partnership that we have together,” she said.
Telecom Fiji chief marketing officer Saileshni Chand said supporting TOPEX was more than sponsorship; it’s an investment in leadership development, business excellence and the future prosperity.
She said Telecom Fiji’s partnership with FCEF reflected commitment to empowering businesses through connectivity, digital transformation and technology solutions that allows growth and productivity.
“As Fiji continues to navigate an increasingly digital and connected world, the need for visionary leadership, innovation and strategic partnership has never been better,” Ms Chand said.
FCEF chief executive officer Edward Bernard said this year’s event will bring together about 350 senior business officials including government ministers, permanent secretaries, international, regional and local speakers to talk and discuss issues and ways to move forward.
“These are the key ones. But what this conference will do is not only look at the problems but will look at unpacking them and seeing what the opportunities are to move forward,” Mr Bernard said.
TOPEX 2026 will be held from November 19 to 21 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Denarau, Nadi.
