The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF) is pleased to announce the theme for the Top Executive Conference, TOPEX 2026, Fiji’s premier business event.
This year’s theme, ‘Building Forward: Capitalising on Opportunity, Partnering for Growth’, reflects the need to move beyond identifying challenges and focus on the opportunities, partnerships and practical actions required to support business growth.
“Fiji has inherited challenges, and some of those realities will not change,” FCEF chief executive officer Edward Bernard said.
“We are a small island economy, geography creates real costs and constraints, and yet businesses continue to operate within structural challenges built up over time.
“TOPEX 2026 is about looking within those realities and asking where the opportunities are.
“Where is the potential? “What partnerships are needed? And how do we move from discussion to action?
“That is the thinking behind this year’s theme – building forward by capitalising on opportunity and partnering for growth.”
This year’s program is being specifically curated to amplify the opportunities that lie within the challenges businesses and employers are facing today.
