Tailevu women to attend ‘Radini Vanua’ training

WOMEN from chiefly households within the province of Tailevu will undergo a training tomorrow facilitated by the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs.
Regarded as the ‘Radini Vanua’ training, Roko Tui Tailevu Iliesa Delasau said this would be held on the margins of the Tailevu Provincial Council meeting, which would be chaired by the acting Commissioner of Police, Rusiate Tudravu, at Nauluvatu Village in Nakelo.
Mr Delasau said they were grateful to the Ministry for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation for funding the training.
He said the province was also fortunate because they had also invited its very own with the likes of FNU College of Humanities and Education dean Dr Eci Nabalarua and USP’s dean of Faculty of Arts, Law and Education Doctor of Philosophy, Dr Akanisi Kedrayate, who would be part of the training.
The training will be held at Namuka Village in Nakelo, Tailevu.
