The State has discontinued proceedings against two of the three men charged with the attempted murder of Police Constable Senoveva Tikoduadua.
Senior State lawyer Bhavna Kantharia filed a nolle prosequi in the High Court before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere, resulting in the discharge of Dominiko Tabau and Jone Rakatia.
The pair were initially charged alongside Saimoni Rokotunidau, whose case will continue.
Mr Rakatia was represented by lawyer Yogen Kumar of Jitendra Reddy Lawyers, while Mr Tabau was represented by Gavin O’Driscoll.
