The stage is set for an exciting Koroturaga Competition final after RKS Old Boys (RKSOB) and Eastern Saints Blues booked their places in the competition grand final following impressive semi-final victories at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva yesterday.
Eastern Saints Blues staged a remarkable comeback to defeat Birdland Kadavu 15-10 after scoring a try in the extra time and book their place in the Final. CK Suva Bargain RKSOB defeated Army Red 25-15.
Both teams overcame tough opposition to earn a shot at the title and will now meet in what promises to be a fiercely contested final.
The Koroturaga Competition, held alongside the Escott Shield, continues to showcase the depth of club rugby within the Suva Rugby Union, with players displaying physicality, skill and determination throughout the knockout rounds.
