The Rewa football side gets its 2024 Oceania Champions League campaign underway on Sunday when the Delta Tigers take on tournament favourites Auckland City in Tahiti.

After a final appearance for Suva at the tournament last year, Rewa will go into this year’s tournament with a lot of confidence.

Coach Rodicks Singh says his side is looking forward to the opportunity.

“The OFC Champions League is a special tournament played by quality players, who fight hard throughout the season to get their teams to qualify and get the opportunity to compete with top teams in Oceania,” Singh said in an interview with OFC.

The Fijian side is in Group A and face defending champion Auckland City first up, before group games against Papua New Guinea champions Hekari United and the Solomon Warriors from Solomon Islands.

The match kicks off at 10am.
