The Pearl Resort in Pacific Harbour reached a significant milestone over the weekend, hosting its first Blues Night and bringing together local musicians and music lovers for an evening of live entertainment.

Four locally-based bands – The Bits and Pieces, Rhythms Fiji, Mareau Brothers and Sojournes Fiji, took to the stage, showcasing their talent and passion for blues music while gaining valuable exposure within the local music industry.

Guests embraced the lively atmosphere as the bands delivered an entertaining showcase of blues music.

The Pearl Resort general manager Alex Wilson said the event was the first of many themed nights planned for the coming months.

He hopes such initiatives will help revive community spirit in the Central Division and re-establish the resort as a vibrant social and entertainment hub.
